« Situation confortable au centre de la ville de Luodong, à pied du marché de la nuit de Luodong, le parc culturel forestier de Luodong avec un supermarché et des boutiques de confort à proximité. L'hôtel est au niveau 6 dans un bâtiment avec quelques autres chaînes et bureaux. Il y a un parking juste à l'extérieur du bâtiment. J'aime la décoration ici, du intérieur propre et élégant à la réception jusqu'aux chambres. Il y a des sacs de café instantané et de thé, et de l'eau filtrée chaude/froide sur le tapis disponible dans la zone commune juste devant la réception ouverte à tous les invités. Ils ont seulement 18 chambres ici, dans différents types de chambre, tailles et design intérieur, mais ils sont tous magnifiques! J'aime l'utilisation de messages positifs sur des fondations colorées pour les portes. J'avais une chambre à coin qui était spacieuse et propre. Le lit et la cuillère étaient un peu plus doux que je ne le souhaite, mais c'est une préférence personnelle.
Le personnel est très agréable. Vous pouvez vous aider, vous êtes très aimable. Je suis particulièrement impressionné par la carte de location qu'ils ont mis ensemble pour partager avec les clients sur les aliments recommandés pour essayer dans la proximité et surtout sur le point! Pour ce prix, il est super-valeur pour l'argent. »

« Le bâtiment est plutôt nouveau, mais il n'y a pas d'ascenseur dans le bâtiment et notre chambre est au 3ème étage. Notre chambre n'a pas d'électricité et ils ont essayé de le réparer sans succès. Nous avons été transférés à un autre bâtiment et devaient monter 3 étages à nouveau. Ils n'ont pas de soute à la suite du lit. Le petit déjeuner est principalement des légumes. Ne sont pas recommandés pour les personnes âgées. »

Il a même fait un effort supplémentaire pour revoir notre itinéraire pour un meilleur itinéraire ou un meilleur arrangement! Il est très réactif à nos questions lorsque nous étions à l'extérieur, y compris en nous aidant à organiser des trajets. Il y a aussi de petits appareils intimes dans la famille d'accueil, comme de l'eau chaude dans la chambre, et aide à envoyer des cartes postales ! »

L'hôtel se situe au-dessus et au-delà pour offrir aux clients des activités d'enrichissement. Les ateliers gratuits, comme notre joli travail de la lampe DIY, ont ajouté un touche unique et mémorable à notre séjour.
Le personnel de Yamagata Kaku est très exceptionnel. De la chaleureuse et authentique saluer à la gestion attentive des voitures qui assurent des arrivées et des départs sans heurts, leur professionnalisme est inévitable.
L'hôtel est un jardin de nettoyage et de confort, les chambres sont bien entretenues, et offrent un sanctuaire tranquille après un jour d'exploration.
Le centre de la ville est un autre avantage important, situé dans une zone vibrante, vous trouverez une multitude de boutiques et de restaurants à une distance de marche facile, ce qui vous permet de se plonger dans la culture et la cuisine locales.

Our family recently stayed at Jiaoxi Wellsprings Hotel, and it was a wonderful experience for both adults and kids. The combination of modern comfort, private hot springs, and a great location made it an excellent choice for a relaxing getaway.
Location & Convenience
The hotel is centrally located in Jiaoxi, just a short walk from Jiaoxi Train Station and close to local restaurants, night markets, and family-friendly attractions. The convenience of having everything within reach made our trip much easier, especially with kids in tow.
Family-Friendly Rooms & Amenities
We booked a family room, which was spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed. The highlight for us was the private in-room hot spring tub, which allowed us to enjoy the hot springs as a family in a comfortable and private setting. The kids absolutely loved it! The beds were comfortable, and the room had all the necessary amenities, including slippers and yukatas, making our stay even more enjoyable.
Hot Spring Facilities
Apart from the in-room hot spring, the hotel’s rooftop open-air hot spring was a fantastic experience. The view of the surrounding mountains was breathtaking, and the warm mineral water was incredibly soothing after a day of exploring. It’s a must-visit, especially in the evening.
Service & Hospitality
The hotel staff were friendly, welcoming, and very accommodating to families. They provided excellent service, from check-in to check-out, and were always happy to offer recommendations for nearby attractions and food options.
Breakfast & Dining
The breakfast buffet had a good mix of ********* and Western options, catering to both adults and kids. While the selection was decent, we would have liked to see a bit more variety for children. That said, everything was fresh and well-prepared.
Overall Experience
Jiaoxi Wellsprings Hotel is a great choice for families looking to experience Jiaoxi’s hot springs in a comfortable and convenient setting. The private hot spring tubs, spacious rooms, and friendly service made our stay very enjoyable. We would definitely return for another family getaway!

IInvitéIt was such a relaxing and enjoyable experience! This hotel really checked all the boxes for a comfortable and family-friendly getaway.
The highlight for us was the tatami-style bed in the room. It’s low to the ground, which made it absolutely perfect for our toddler and 1-year-old. We didn’t have to worry about them rolling off the bed, and it even doubled as a safe, spacious play area during the day. The kids loved crawling and jumping around, and we parents could relax knowing they were safe.
The private hot spring in our room was the best part of the stay. After a long day of traveling and exploring, being able to soak in the hot spring was exactly what we needed. It was clean, spacious, and perfect for unwinding while the kids napped or played.
Orient Luxury Hotel in Jiaoxi is a fantastic choice for families, especially those with young kids. The tatami-style beds, private hot spring, and thoughtful service made our stay both relaxing and enjoyable. If you’re looking for a comfortable, family-friendly hotel in Yilan, this is definitely a great option.
We left feeling refreshed and can’t wait to come back for another visit!
The grandparents especially loved it—it was so convenient for them to enjoy the hot spring without having to leave the room. It really helped us recharge for the next day!

EEuniceWBefore we arrived, I emailed the hotel to require assistance from hotel to check for private charter car service for YiLan and the staff was very responsive and helpful.
Upon arrival, front desk staff was a little cold (unlike what people mentioned in the reviews). We were swiftly checked in and could go up to the room.
Hotel lobby is very cosy and welcoming, but the rooms are starting to look a little old with moulding and wear and tear. Very large, spacious and clean room. If I'm not wrong, the water to fill up the tub is not hot spring water but just normal tap/shower water. If you're looking for a hotel with with hot spring water, do take note.
Location of the hotel is great though. We were very near Jiaoxi bus transfer station and managed to walk to our hotel within 5 mins. There are restaurants and fast food, bar, and a shopping area nearby. Jiaoxi hot spring night market (only open on Sundays) is 4mins drive away and Yilan train station was 10mins on foot.
Breakfast service was great! Staff were quick to clear and set up tables without making us feel like we were being chased out. They were also very sweet. On our 3rd morning, we needed to leave to rush for our bus to Taoyuan, we were holding our luggages and they directed us to store our luggages with the front desk first. They saw that we were in a rush and told us that we could let them know if we're would like to take along some snacks or drink to accompany us on our trip. They even bid us good bye.
Check out process was smooth with an aloof staff. Felt like he couldn't be bothered.

BBenjo8The room we booked was a loft style room. The room itself is very compact , so there wasn’t any area to actually sit and relax sadly. The bathroom was very tight and the onsen itself wasn’t very big but sufficient. However, there is an open hot spring on the roof top. The swimming pool was good as well as was the good size jacuzzis which my toddler loved.
Breakfast had good selection. Dinner was very quiet and heard we were their first customers on their soft opening. The food was good overall. The location is good as it’s smack bang in the middle of town with lots of tourist wondering around. I think this hotel just lacks that extra thoughtful touch for their clients , eg. Robes, little welcome notes which some of the other 4 star hot spring hotels nearby do pay attention to. The walk wall to the room had a musky odour but the staff were curious and helpful, especially when next room were making noises up until late ! I would suggest a change of uniform for the stay because they all seem to wear a white work shirt and black trousers which is so eighties! Also, there is a middle age gentlemen I saw walking around all day and night, usually eating at the restaurant and sitting at the front lounge with his laptop working. I’m wondering if he’s the Manager/ GM, because if he is , I would suggest he smile a little because he did seem very grumpy and miserable . I could be wrong .

UUtilisateur anonymeFirst of all, this is a very old hotel that has seen truly better days. While maintained well, it has retained it's original furnishings and decor from the 1980s and 1990s. Staying here reminded me of my childhood travelling with my family in the 80s. The actual room does not look anything like the ones shown on the website. The hard floors mean you should wear their slippers or bring your own room slippers. The hot spring water advertised is just hot spring water pipes that go into your bathtub. There is a step that emulates hot spa step in the bathtub.
The breakfast was good with nice braised meat and eggs that you can put over your rice or porridge. There's also hot soy milk. But no hot tea, only coffee. The staff look tired but hard working.
There was a grumpy older lady receiptionist when we checked in and she was pretty rough in the check in process. E.g. ”if you don't put a number here, and you leave things in the hotel, we'll just throw them away! Just to tell you first.”
Room was quite small or cosy, depending on your perspective. The only thing new was the air-conditioner. The TV set had all the settings for channels but none worked. Internet wifi was not quite working too.
